Manny Felix, is a longtime advocate for adapted physical education. He has published in a variety of periodical journals and has written two chapters in the internationally-known APE textbook 'Adapted Physical Education and Sport.' He has given over 40 national and international presentations and has provided years of service to the profession as a direct service provider, board member in various organizations, including the National Consortium on Physical Education for Individuals with Disabilities, and as a coordinator of adapted physical education teacher preparation programs.
