I am entering my 5th year of teaching Physical Education, Health, and Adapted Physical Education. In the Willmar Middle School I also act as the coordinator of a Health-Learning Connections pilot project through the Center for Prevention at BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota. Our team works to implement activities that will engage students in health-enhancing opportunities that in turn  Recently, I have become active in health equity and physical education advocacy and lobbying activities.
